The pallet recirculation magazine is an ideal tool for handling flanged workpieces and pallets that need to be stacked.
It consists of a steel tube framework, thick steel panel which acts as a sliding surface for the pallets, a series of safety guards, a stepper motor drive system for moving the pallets and two electrical devices for lifting workpieces.
The pallet size and type may vary depending on the workpieces to be conveyed.
The operating cycle is controlled by means of a plc with dedicated software.
